What about my Trade-in?
cars4U has a large network of vehicle resellers in the Southern Ontario area. Our customer service representatives, by asking you a few quick questions, will get you the resale amount for vehicles like yours in our selling area. We can even arrange a vehicle appraisal to get you those few extra dollars you need to make a deal.

What warranty comes with my new vehicle?
Your brand new vehicle comes with the original warranty offered by the manufacturer. Many customers also want to look at the various extended warranty programs available. We can help here too! Feel free to ask our customer service department about our extended warranty programs. We would be happy to offer you some suggestions on how you can save money on vehicle repairs.

Where do I service my new vehicle?
Your vehicle can be serviced at any of the corresponding new car franchised dealers in North America, as per the manufacturer’s franchise agreement with their dealers. You can even choose the dealer that is most convenient for you and have us notify the franchise of your service intentions.

What incentive programs do you offer?
Every incentive offered in your area by the manufacturer of your new car is also available through cars4U.

Can I use my GM points?
Yes. Actually, you are entitled to any program offered by the manufacturer of your new car as long as you fit their program guidelines.

Where does my new vehicle come from?
Your new vehicle comes directly from one of our affiliated new car franchise dealers in Southern Ontario. You are entitled to everything a dealership customer would receive, without the hassle and stress associated with the old way of buying a brand new car.

How do I get a vehicle from cars4U?
If everything is agreeable and you are comfortable with your new car deal, our customer service department will send you a confirmation form detailing the vehicle you wish to purchase and the terms you requested. If everything is OK, we’ll start processing all the required paperwork by fax, phone, and Email. No need to spend hours in a dealership filling out forms.

What happens to my $350.00 deposit?
Your $350 deposit is used against your due on delivery amount, and is required by cars4U to secure a vehicle matching your specifications. If a vehicle can’t be found that matches your specs, you can choose another vehicle, or have our customer service department refund your deposit.

What is your main operating area?
We predominantly operate out of Southern Ontario. If you are out of our main area, you can still place a deposit online. Once we receive notification of your deposit, one of our customer service representatives will contact you regarding your order. Your calculator lists GST and PST. If the taxes in your province are different, the tax rate in your province will be the applicable tax rate for your purchase.
