I went with cars4U.com as I have known my Customer Service Manager, Abe for a long time and it was every bit as worthwhile as people told me it would be. I ordered my 2010 Ford Flex on October 1, 2009. Unfortunately Ford had some major delays in delivering my vehicle. Abe came to the rescue as I ordered this car so my wife would not have to walk with the kids in the snow as it started snowing. He arranged for me to get a loaner car and worked out all the details for me. I will most definitely be back to order again soon.

I met my Customer Service Manager, Adina through a networking group and figured I would ask her to assist me with an upcoming vehicle lease. The dealership that I held a lease with at the time was not exactly eager to get renewed business, so I felt it was time to go elsewhere. Since I spend a good chunk of money on a car, I want to know my business is valued.
During our initial meeting, we spoke about my needs, wants and budget. Not only did she give me an honest, unbiased opinion of which vehicles were priced well as well as had the features I was looking for, but she wasn't tied to any one vehicle brand, so there was no pressure. Her main goal was to get me the best deal on the car that made the most sense for me in a timely manner.
A few days later, I had spent time contemplating what my CSM, Adina had asked me to think about and called her with a specific car in mind, an Infiniti FX35 to be exact. She phoned me a day or two later saying she found one for me. When I went to see the car she had found, I fell in love! It was beautiful, had low kilometres, and had all the bells and whistles that wanted. I didn't have to spend time haggling or negotiating prices either, and the setting was very low pressure (a big annoyance during previous car-leasing experiences). She gave me her best price, proper warranty coverage, arranged for terrific financing and even coordinated getting my old car repaired and ready to be turned back for the end of the lease. When people talk about looking for a value added service, this is what they are looking for. Adina did whatever she could for me to make the process of leasing my new dream car a breeze, and being incredibly helpful, resourceful, and efficient at getting the repairs done (which she didn't even have to do and was an enormous relief).
Adina and the Cars4U team offer outstanding service and top quality cars. I have recommended her services to a friends and family members and will continue to do so.

I had a 2005 Corolla which I felt was time to get rid of and get into a new car. I have always been a Toyota fan and had two cars in mind: Toyota Camry and the Lexus IS250. My Customer Service Manager, Nishad helped compare both cars via email and she showed me how I could reduce my lease rate and get more car for my money. I eventually chose the Camry not because of the price but because of Nishads knowledge of Toyota/Lexuss offers. Dealing with our Customer Service Manager, Derek, was like a breath of fresh air in buying cars. Derek works for *you* in getting the best price for your vehicle and has your interests in mind, which is a marked difference from dealing with a traditional salesperson that works for a dealership.
When my wife and I were looking for a car earlier this year, we had emailed several dealerships and Derek was the first one to respond (some traditional dealerships took days to respond) and his promptness to help out a potential customer did not go unnoticed. The process of buying a car through cars4U is also very painless and is not time consuming like a traditional dealership -- there is no sitting and waiting while the salesperson checks with the sales manager -- everything is done either over the phone, fax, or email.
We had emailed Derek an offer and he came back with a great counter offer and, in total, it took less than 5 minutes out of the day to do what would traditionally take hours at a dealership -- quick and painless. While other cars4U customers may send their deposit over fax, we decided to meet Derek in person to finally put a face to a name. Derek was more than accommodating to meet us when our schedule was free and to discuss the process of buying a car through cars4U. After putting down the deposit, Derek kept us updated with the whereabouts of the car and even put up with our anxiety to get the car! :) When the car finally came, we were ecstatic and glad that Derek had it detailed and waiting for us to drive it home, but not before showing us all the features in the car.
All in all, an excellent experience with Derek at cars4U! We have, and will continue to, recommend Derek to our friends and family for vehicle purchases!

We were looking for a beautiful used-car with very low mileage, and one that was well maintained. Our CSM was diligent and conscientious, and followed up with us on a regular basis. It took about a month for us to find the right vehicle, but when we did, it was worth the wait. We got an excellent lease and also an excellent warranty. Everything was presented in a logical fashion without trying to get us to buy things that were of no use to us. It was a happy experience for us, and I would recommend cars4U.com to my family and friends.

I found cars4u.com by accident on the Internet. I filled in the form
and got an immediate response from my Customer Service Manager, and negotiated a deal, which
included my RX300 trade in, within a week. I also got delivery of my
new Sienna in less than a week.
I cannot say enough good things about cars4u. I had been negotiating
with two dealers, both of whom were very vague about delivery and about
the same on pricing.
My CSM, Darrin, was able to save me money and deliver the Van in less than a week
which was amazing. Until that happened I was very skeptical about your
ability to deliver on your promises. I wouldn't have been surprised to
see the delivery time grow to several weeks or months considering the
popularity of the Sienna.
Another pleasant surprise was the detail you sent me about what the XLE
model included. The brochures are very confusing on that subject and
the Toyota salesmen I dealt with were not too well informed. You also
showed up at the dealer (which was 10 minutes from my home) and
inspected the Van before I picked it up.
Thank you again for your very professional and pleasant service and for
keeping all your promises. I would not hesitate to recommend you or
your firm to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I was in the market to lease a 2004 Infiniti G35 Coupe and started to shop around to the various dealers in July. Once I did some comparison shopping, I decided to call Cars 4U.com just to see how their rates compared directly with the dealers. From my very first call to my Customer Service Manager, Darrin, I was assured that whatever price the dealer gave me, they could do better. Darrin got back to me promptly and with prices that were considerably better than the Dealer had quoted me. Once I placed my order for my vehicle with Darrin, I received phonecalls and emails on a very regular basis to keep my abreast of when my car would be delivered and the status of the vehicle. Darrin was fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. He always communicated with me on a regular and timely basis and would always get back to me within a matter of an hour or less when I called him. When I picked my car up, the entire process was seemless and Darrin was there to ensure everything ran smoothly. After some years of driving a Ford Windstar van for my children's school etc., I was ready to lease a car that I would enjoy driving--but which one? Poor Cars4U! After starting with Mazda or Ford SUVs, I then examined two Jaguars and obtained quotes but didn't decide on those either. Suddenly, I had a brainstorm--what about the technologically advanced Honda Accord? At this point, my long-suffering Cars4u representative, nudged me ever so gently to the upscale Acura TL --and I said Eureka! That is it! He found the perfect vehicle in the colour I wanted, seemingly in a matter of minutes. He negotiated with both the Ford dealer to return the Windstar and created a successful deal to obtain the right car at the best price. He was patient, he didn't give up, he wasn't pushy--he said he wanted to make me happy in the end and he in fact did that with great success. This is actually the fourth vehicle that my representative has obtained for me and I will be back again and for other cars for my family. It's the only way to buy cars--you have your choice of whatever meets your needs. I recommend the service highly.

Cars4u.com quoted a discount price unheard of from any dealer for a Japanese car I was interested in. Also, I was given a fair trade in value for my car. There was no hassle, no annoying sales pitch and the total package was a lot better than what I could have negotiated.
I was not prepared to obtain that or any other car unless I could finance in a most unusual way with a flexibility which, I am sure of, no bank or manufactureres finance institution would agree to. That should have been the end of it. I did not count on the resourcefulness of Cars4U.com. Despite my many objections sending personal information over the internet and having lots of questions creating a considerable amount of e-mail traffic, the representative remained cheerful and actually managed to get the flexibility I requested and at a better rate of intrest.
Thanks to Cars4U.com I have a new car 1 year earlier than expected, at a better price than expected and financing which reduces to total purchasing price even more. Although the total process was a unique experience, I would and will recommend Cars4U.com to any one wanting to purchase a car at the best discount available and requiring financing without hasstle.
