We needed to purchase a new car, and we knew exactly what we wanted. I have a fearful cringe about talking to car dealers, so I curled up in the fetal position. Well I saw a license plate frame with cars4U.com, and I went to their site. I already had a price, and the Camry Hybrid was selling close to suggested. These people gave me a great deal (can't say!).
Once you go through their site, you actually have to talk to someone (shudder!), but my Customer Service Manager, Adina was very nice. Today I picked up the new car, and it's magnificent!
Only one thing.... If I'm plugging this on my very popular blog, ontario-geofish.blogspot.com then I should get a t-shirt, sweater, car blanket, or something???

I have now leased 2 vehicles from cars4U.com, and my Customer Service Manager, Adina, and I am convinced this is the only way to go! Adina is extremely easy to deal with and the whole cars4U experience is far more pleasant and much less time consuming than having to deal with sales people at a car dealership. No sales pressure tactics, just the info I needed to make my decision. Also, for both vehicles I leased, the price from cars4U was better than the car dealerships I visited. I really only used the car dealerships to test drive the vehicles I was looking at. I have recommended cars4U to family and friends.

We had a really good price from the local dealer, and when I presented it to my Customer Service Manager, Abe, not only did he match it, but he presented us with an excellent Multiple Security Deposit program offered by the manufacturer. That dropped our monthly expense down even further, and will save us well over $1,000 over the term of the lease. The car was delivered to my residence, and so was all the paperwork. In the end, I was extremely satisfied with his efforts on my behalf-he negotiated the best price both for my trade-in and my new vehicle-I know this because I had gone to a dealership myself and had written prices for both which the dealer would not move on. He has followed up post-sale with ensuring I am happy with my car-he has even set me up with an expert who went through the many amenities and features of my car so that I can drive to the fullest potential of my vehicle.
I will add that this is the second new car I have purchased through cars4U.com in the last two and a half years and I will most definitely deal with them again the next time I am in the market for a new car.

There were few minor issues in regards to the delivery of the vehicle but cars4U.com Customer Service Manager, Adina was able to quickly sort that out. Delivery of the vehicle was done on date as promised, and vehicle was in pristine condition - washed and waxed. I ordered few extra accessories and that was in order too. It seems to me that much of the feedback received by a company President / CEO these days tends to be of a critical nature. Customers are quick to point out perceived areas of deficiency and the apparent failings of support staff. Please be assured that the purpose of this letter is to do just the opposite. My intent is to compliment a member of your staff and the manner in which this individual conducts himself.
I recently purchased a new Toyota Rav4 through your company. Buying a car on-line was a new experience for me but it turned out to be a worthwhile one. Doing all of the preliminary work via email certainly saved time and provided the added benefit of avoiding most of the games that, sadly, still go on when purchasing a new vehicle through a dealership. I was also fortunate enough to deal with your Customer Service Representative, Mike. This young man made what is typically a trying experience a real pleasure from beginning to end. There was no pressure, he was responsive, provided accurate, detailed, information and, ultimately, gave me the best combination of purchase price and trade-in allowance. I believe that he worked very hard to earn my business.
Mike is one of the most personable and professional individuals that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with regardless of the business situation. This, I think, is very much a rarity in the automotive sales field. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, and cars4U, to anyone and would look forward to dealing with him again.
I've always been of the opinion that the mark of an accomplished corporate leader is to ensure that he surrounds himself with good people. If the rest of your staff exhibit anywhere near the level of quality that Mike does then I have to think that you run a very successful business.

Using cars4U.com eliminated all the back and forth negotiations that a traditional dealer required me to go through before I got what they said was their best price, which as it turns out was not as good as cars4U.com!

I didn't get the chance to buy my previous vehicle purchase [at cars4U.com] as the Toyota dealer locked me into a deposit. Ever since then I remembered the name and recommended cars4u.com to others. Finally the day came when I needed another new vehicle; I didn't make the same mistake twice. This time, while I went to see the vehicle in person at a dealership . . . the dealership tried very hard to get the sale with no success (other than wasting my personal time) as cars4u.com had by far the best price in town!
While the Toyota dealer had promised a vehicle in 3 weeks, cars4u.com had it in less than 1 week! . . . Everyone was friendly, courteous, and professional and above all, FAIR. Who could ask for more than that?
In the past, I have always taken the license plate advertisement off any new vehicle until now, as I proudly display the cars4u.com one! (got plate ads for my other vehicles?)

I called cars4u.com because I needed a company that could help me obtain a car quickly and assist me in filling out my credit application in the most effective way possible.
My lease had expired on my previous car so I was without transportation; my Customer Service Representative had a car in my hands 3 business days after we first spoke. He has so many contacts that he was able to phone around, locate the car I was interested, with the matching specs and have it to me on time as promised.
I was also a little worried about my current credit, as I had only been running my company for approx 4 months. My CSM, Abe, guided me through the Nissan credit application process and I was actually approved that day!
His great customer service and speedy delivery were just as important to me as the $139 a month he saved on the payments compared to what the Infiniti Dealership offered me.

I found cars4u.com by accident on the Internet. I filled in the form
and got an immediate response from my Customer Service Manager, and negotiated a deal, which
included my RX300 trade in, within a week. I also got delivery of my
new Sienna in less than a week.
I cannot say enough good things about cars4u. I had been negotiating
with two dealers, both of whom were very vague about delivery and about
the same on pricing.
My CSM, Darrin, was able to save me money and deliver the Van in less than a week
which was amazing. Until that happened I was very skeptical about your
ability to deliver on your promises. I wouldn't have been surprised to
see the delivery time grow to several weeks or months considering the
popularity of the Sienna.
Another pleasant surprise was the detail you sent me about what the XLE
model included. The brochures are very confusing on that subject and
the Toyota salesmen I dealt with were not too well informed. You also
showed up at the dealer (which was 10 minutes from my home) and
inspected the Van before I picked it up.

I was in the market to lease a 2004 Infiniti G35 Coupe and started to shop around to the various dealers in July. Once I did some comparison shopping, I decided to call Cars 4U.com just to see how their rates compared directly with the dealers. From my very first call to my Customer Service Manager, Darrin, I was assured that whatever price the dealer gave me, they could do better. Darrin got back to me promptly and with prices that were considerably better than the Dealer had quoted me. Once I placed my order for my vehicle with Darrin, I received phonecalls and emails on a very regular basis to keep my abreast of when my car would be delivered and the status of the vehicle. After some years of driving a Ford Windstar van for my children's school etc., I was ready to lease a car that I would enjoy driving--but which one? Poor Cars4U! Suddenly, I had a brainstorm--what about the technologically advanced Honda Accord? At this point, my long-suffering Cars4u representative, nudged me ever so gently to the upscale Acura TL --and I said Eureka! That is it! He found the perfect vehicle in the colour I wanted, seemingly in a matter of minutes. He negotiated with both the Ford dealer to return the Windstar and created a successful deal to obtain the right car at the best price. He was patient, he didn't give up, he wasn't pushy--he said he wanted to make me happy in the end and he in fact did that with great success. This is actually the fourth vehicle that my representative has obtained for me and I will be back again and for other cars for my family. Cars4u.com quoted a discount price unheard of from any dealer for a Japanese car I was interested in. Also, I was given a fair trade in value for my car. There was no hassle, no annoying sales pitch and the total package was a lot better than what I could have negotiated.
I was not prepared to obtain that or any other car unless I could finance in a most unusual way with a flexibility which, I am sure of, no bank or manufactureres finance institution would agree to. That should have been the end of it. I did not count on the resourcefulness of Cars4U.com. Despite my many objections sending personal information over the internet and having lots of questions creating a considerable amount of e-mail traffic, the representative remained cheerful and actually managed to get the flexibility I requested and at a better rate of intrest.
